Congrats to our Winner!

This summer, we held a contest to see who could use LucyPhone to save the most time on hold. Our winner was was Vlad from Miami who used LucyPhone to save a whopping 1 hour and 28 minutes on a single call! Vlad will be presented with his winnings (an Apple iPad) in October at the International Contact Center Expo in Miami.

How the Contest Works Worked

1. Signup for a free LucyPhone account, if you haven’t done so already.

2. Place customer service calls to the companies you work with as needed. When the call center puts you on hold, dial ** (star-star) and enjoy the unleashed empowerment of a call back from an agent.

3. When your call is finished, tweet your saved minutes to Twitter, or post your saved minutes to the wall on LucyPhone's Facebook page

4. To be eligible for the contest, your tweet or Facebook post must contain the following:

   • -- It must mention @lucyphone
   • -- It must include the exact number of minutes you saved using LucyPhone
   • -- It must include the hashtag "#lucylove"

   For example - "I just saved 10 minutes when I called the @IRS thx to @lucyphone! #lucylove"
