How does this work?

Lucy will call you first then connect you to the company's phone number that you requested.

Use the company's phone menu just as you normally would. If you get put on hold, press ** or ## (if you are using Google Voice).
Then you'll hear an audio cue that sounds like this. At that point, you can hang up or stay on the line to give Lucy a different callback number and record an "audio intro".

Once a live agent is on the line, Lucy will call you back immediately and connect you both. If you get put on hold again, just press ** or ## again!

What does the agent on the other side hear when they take the call?
This. If you record an audio intro, it will also be played to the agent.

Does it work outside the US?
Currently, LucyPhone calls pretty much everywhere in the US and Canada and we plan to expand to other countries as soon as possible.

I can't login.. what gives?
Make sure you allow incoming mail from lucyphone.com. If you did not receive an activation email, go to www.lucyphone.com/resend_activation to have one resent.
