Lucy will call you first then connect you to the company's phone number that you requested.
Use the company's phone menu just as you normally would. If you get put on hold, press ** or ## (if you are using Google Voice).
Then you'll hear a short audio cue. At that point, you can hang up or stay on the line to give Lucy a different callback number and record an "audio intro".
Once a live agent is on the line, Lucy will call you back immediately and connect you both. If you get put on hold again, just press ** or ## again!
